What you can expect

24 Hour Cancellation Policy: Please note that we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, there will be a charge of $50 onto your next visit. This policy is in place out of respect for our stylists and our clients. Thank you

Payment Types: We accept Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards.

TIP: cash or check only.

Gift Certificates: NO refunds will be given for gift certificate purchases nor redeemable for Cash. They expire after one year from the time they were issued.

Late Policy: If for any reason you are expecting to be late by 10 minutes or more to your scheduled appointment, please call us! We work very hard to schedule the right amount of time for each service. Accommodating late guests is often impossible without disrupting every other guest scheduled that day. Please be aware in the unfortunate event you are late, we cannot guarantee that your full service will be performed that day. Tardiness may require rescheduling your appointment for another day.

Child Safety Policy: Children are only permitted in the salon area when having a service. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service. We do not have the facilities to care for children. We love children, and we hope you understand that we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. Sharp scissors, hot styling tools, and heavy equipment make for a dangerous place for children, and you deserve our full attention and focus, as well as allow our other guests to relax and enjoy their visit. YOUR UNDERSTANDING IS GREATLY APPRECIATED.

Pet Policy: The State Board of Cosmetology and the Board of Consumer Affairs have specific Rules & Regulations stating that no animals are allowed in a salon at any time. Service dogs with official “Service Animal” vests are the ONLY exception to this rule.
